Before vs After Official Information
Averages are simple means of the manager's point forecast for inflation in Pakistan over the next 12 months (% per year). Group labels show the number of managers (n); read groups with small n with caution.
Understanding & Planned Decisions Pre-Baseline 1 only
How well managers understand inflation, which way they say they will adjust prices, wages, borrowing, investment and staffing over the next three months, and how those plans change once they are told the official inflation forecast.

Direction of Plans — Before Information
Direction of Plans — After Information
Planned changes are % change versus the current level over the next 3 months (0 = no change). Employee counts and hours are as stated by the manager. Extreme values (beyond ±100%) are excluded from averages.
Communication Network Pre-Baseline 2 only
Where managers get their inflation information, how often and how far they talk to other firms in the bazaar, and what makes a conversation memorable — a picture of how inflation information travels between shops.

Source ratings are means on the 0–10 scale. Conversation details are asked only of managers who recalled a memorable conversation, so those bases are smaller than the full completed sample.
Block Tracker
Progress against the 50-shop target, split between the main sample (the shops originally selected) and replacement shops (visited only when a main shop refuses or cannot be interviewed). Search, click any column header to sort, and export the table to CSV.
Main Sample vs Replacement Shops, by Block
Main sample = shops flagged as the primary sample in the sampling frame. Replacement = backup shops used when a main shop refuses, is closed or its manager is unavailable. Completion % = total completed ÷ block target; blocks with no main-sample shops show “—”. The survey, location and sample-type filters apply.
